My Bulles de Gamay comes from the Gamay grape and is made according to an ancestral method. Careful vinification and a secondary fermentation gives it fine and creamy bubbles mixed with elegant aromas of strawberry and raspberry. Serve chilled as an aperitif or with dessert.
